One of my customers had to let her device charge for ovber 30 hours before it would even turn on. It does it with or without it being plugged in, in the case or out of the case! I've never been so frustrated with something in my life! I first thought they were sending me the same unit back each time until this last time I still had number 3 when number four arrived at the house.this is maddening!
